A couple weeks before I do a final weigh in to see if my hard work has paid off. My highest weight was 140lbs; two days ago I was 135lb, this morning I am 136lbs. My program? 1 hour cardio 3-4 days a week (more if time is available, but this is not usually the case) and modifying the eating habits, although this week I have been chowing down on carbs...we have about three take-out meals of smoked salmon spaghetti, italian sausage linguine, and tuna-mushroom macaroni in the fridge, and I had a deep-fried platter of appys last night. Let's not forget the day where I shit-faced myself in all you can eat cod and chips.

Drinking lots of water, doing some pilates when I have the time (25 minute tapes help), and healthier options like raw vegetables and high-fiber / protein meals. I'm trying to ignore the boxes of Krispy Kremes, box of Anna's Cake House and two containers of chocolate goodies my mother left open in plain view. I think she's trying to sabotage me. harrrumph.

Woke up groggy this morning thinking it was Monday. *shit!* 8:11am? ... I stumbled out of bed to wake my sister...who rolled over, looked at the clock, and mumbled, "It's not monday." So that sucked. Believing that you are late, about to fail an exam, have no time to shower / eat / find parking is a SHITTY feeling that I wouldn't wish on my favourite enemy. You know. On a good day at least.

Anyways today will be spent with the boy, as are all Sundays...plan to go to Granville Island, maybe stop by Lululemon for some fancy pants (still in love with them...aside from inducing a camel toe, they also make your butt look good), and maybe do some grocery shopping.
