Happy Birthday Ewa!!! It is Ewa's 24th birthday today. I have to drop off her present(s) today. Shit man. It's also the year of the monkey next week! Fuckers! That means I turn 24 this year as well... and 24 is getting up there!!! I'm at school on the last leg of my lunch hour before I get to endure 2 hours of food hygiene and an hour of water supply. I guess it's not that bad. It could be law and toxocology before getting my teeth pulled out and having to retch up a goat. ehh. Might get a hair cut today. I'm don't really want to before I go to Vegas, but I am slightly superstitious and will be avoiding sharp objects after new years, so it is now or become cousin It. Shit. I guess no Sex Show for me, Helen. I'm going to be away from the 22-25, which is when the show is. Crud. I would have really liked to go. Maybe I'll just take my mum on a tour of chipndales in Nevada. haha. Right. No...my mother would never go there. Not willingly, at least.
Got out of class twenty minutes early. And proceeded to be drunk with freedom, I went on an unpredictable buying spree. At first it was just to pick up a special outfit or something for Vegas. So I bought a burgundy halter top from Jacob Annexe...then upstairs to browse around in Le Chateau (unbelievably, I've picked up some good party clothes from there), Gap, Jacob, only to drop money at R & W on a lambswool cardigan and a new top they had ...it had "skirting" / gatherings all over to hide the tummy bulges, yet accentuating the bustline..Nice. Then dropped in at Lewiscraft and picked up my FIRST crochet hook!! (be careful people... overexcited Jess + pointed object = extra bellybuttons) ...and some sock yarn. Yes. I am goign to try my hand at knit socks. Wish me luck. On my way home, I eyed and purchased some scented floating candles at Fruits and Passion. It was an item on their sidewalk sale table. Shit. Total damage? Under $100. But still. Should not be spending that much money in one day, in this state, in this month. Gotta make myself do some legislation homework. I don't do a very good job of that usually, but we'll see how that goes.
