Ok. Bran cereal for breakfast + Kidney beans and Konnyaku for lunch = a crapload of Fibre. and I mean a CRAPLOAD of fibre.

I went for another workout this morning. Right now the hour on Monday and Friday mornings is set aside for Bodypump. It's a weight lifting "class" coordinated to music. Approximately five minutes per body part. Sounds easy? Think again. Doing super slow lunges and targeted squats is no easy business. Man I love that class though. I've increased my weights for triceps and squats, on Friday I think I will increase to a big plate for back and perhaps the same for lunges. Pray for me.

On the other hand, I just got banged in the knee with an industrial sized cart when the Hobart machine slid off of it and fell backwards. So I hope my knee feels better in time for Friday. :o|

I am extremely tired. Fell asleep at lunch again. Initially, I thought I would put my head down until I heard the microwave being used ~5 or so times. . .and then I just dozed. Oh well. No fear. At least I didn't have to wait long before it was free.

It is that time of month again. I started sobbing [again] while watching a cartoon, Disney's Recess. No. Don't laugh. ;p . . .it was a sad cartoon. It was the episode where Mikey relives his horrors of being in the Kindergarten Derby. He protests, saying that it is inhumane and unrighteous for the "big kids" to be still carrying out this horrendeous tradition..and so he wanders away by himself to a picnic table at a corner of the playground.

Tubby, a chubby kindergardener, bumps into Mikey and convinces him that he can run the race, and all along Mikey is stressing to tubby just to finish the race, that's all that matters..not winning. And so Tubby ends up winning through perserverence and by not eating the candy bar wrapper. :)

It was cute and heartwarming. hehe. Sometimes I like being hormonal.

Yesterday was filled with CLOUDINESS!!! But it was a pleasant day with Mark. I gave him an early birthday present and we drove out to a carving shop on Marine Drive to find that it was closed, out to and around Richmond, then down to Sunrise Market where we were there for two extra minutes (!!!!) and got a ticket. I think I am going to call in to dispute that. I mean we could have been getting change, dude!!

You cannot understand how GLAD I am that next week is Spring Break. This Thursday is Marvin (my cousin)'s birthday, we have a birthday dinner for my great aunt #9 on Saturday, the 10th is my ELEX final exam, and the 12th is BCFT Suppliers Night!!! woohooo!!! And we students LOVE our freebies, so we'll be packing light to haul stuff home.

I also want to relax a bit and work on my Directed Studies too. I have been totally slacking on that. I feel like I have taken on a very time consuming project, however it uses less brain and more creativity...and creativity takes energy! baaah!

G'nite.
