I have had this habit this week of posting early, saying that I'll be back in the evening, and never showing. Shame on me. It's been a semi-busy week. Still to do:
1) Beer report I also need to write cover letters for two job postings that just came in. I need a job. Yesterday was a good day. It was raining perpetually all day...but that's ok. It's making up for it today. Woke up for a 6 o'clock workout:
Each workout is followed by 5 minutes on abs, as well as 5 minutes of stretch and cooldown. Hope this tracking works. ...the good thing right now is...My scale is BROKEN!!! woohoo! ;p no...I didn't break it. The batteries simply need a changing but I'm not going to replace them just yet. I'll just monitor how i feel and how I look. To myself. :) I was feeling SO good during and after the workout initially. But right before lunch...I ..was.. so....SLEEPY. Anne and Gary both are probably wondering if I'm a narcoleptic or something now... but at least Kim didn't bean me in the head with a rock or whatever (like he did Min. :) My mother is going to Shanghai today. My dad is staying home. I wonder how this week will be without her here. . . .I tend to spend more when my mother is away, so I wonder how this will go. Initially, both of my parents were going to go, and first to HK, then to Shanghai and so forth. After this whole pnemonia thing came up, the trip to HK was cancelled, and my dad decided to stay with us...I do not know if it was out of fear or out of just not wanting to go. But my mother will be travelling with my two aunts and a cousin of mine. Hope they are there and back safely and soundly...with the illness and war overhead. *sigh*
