March 11, 2003

Today I was grumpy and unfulfilled. (slightly). I went to the gym in the morning to catch up on yesterday's missed class...dood...that was one neurotic instructor man. Granted, it was a full class so I suppose that a lot of people like that type of instructor, but the chick was screaming and yelling across the room at a newbie lifter. I was embarassed for the new person. :|

Also worked all afternoon on my directed studies. I am a little wary of it right now because this seems like a failed project; and yet, i KNOW my sponsor is expecting everything to be done. Like yesterday. *zip*

I was cranky all day at home...It just has to do with how it is spring break, and yet I am spending it all at HOME. So that sucks. *sigh*

Tomorrow will be another day. Tomorrow we're heading out to the BCFT food suppliers night in Richmond! Freebies galore, and buffet galore. I remember last year me and Gene pigged out on shrimp cocktail, then roast ham, and then me and Helen reached the fruit table. Yum yum. I will be bringing Mark so he can join in on the festivities.

Tomorrow will be a good day.

It's Tuesday.

1. Married or single? I hope to get married. On Sunday, Mark's mum made an announcement about a relative being engaged after *four* months! Of course I kind of bow my head...and look straight ahead. Straight ahead of me, Peter looks right at me.. well. Me and Mark had a talk about it. Things are ok. :)
2. Knit or crochet? Knit. I could never ever "get" crochet. It is such a simple concept, but I just didn't want to pick it up. I can knit, but nothing fancy. I mostly like doing samplers, stiching them together, and plopping down with the sampler afghan in front of the tele..
3. Homebody or world traveller? *sigh*. I AM a homebody, but only because I dont' have the resources to be a world traveller. I WANT to be a world traveller.
4. "Star Search" or "American Idol"? I liked Star search with Ed McMahon. But Arsenio?!? You have to be kidding. (although the ten-year-old girl singer was REALLY Good). Obviously...I like American Idol right now.
5. Dancing or karaoke? Hah. How about neither?
6. Elvis Presley or Elvis Costello? Presley.
7. Bus or train? Trains are much more nostalgic, buses are more convenient. Buses, I suppose.
8. Batman or Superman? Good lord that is hard. I liked the Batman - Superman duo Cartoon on Saturday mornings just because of that dilemma.
9. Chocolate or vanilla? CHOCOLATE. My favourite cousin just about READ MY MIND by giving me some chocolates today. I was *just* thinking about how we have no chocolate in the house, when *poof*...what's this? Chocolate! :)
10. Which came first...the chicken or the egg? ..The egg, because you have it for breakfast. hehe.

American Idol: Yes...Carmen has GOT to go. My dibs: Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard. Just WATCHING those two makes you feel better!
