Today was day 1 of the HACCP seminar. It was enjoyable, and a fairly easy day at school. I have a headache though, and that is not good as I may be falling sick...but i had so many *free* vitamin-C enriched juices today..

One of the food tech faculty paid for the entire class to have freebie coffee, tea, juice and pastries at coffee breaks. I thought that was a very nice gesture. I did not get to network as much but it was interesting to see such a large group of people interested in HACCP. generally, the CFIA administration expects ~30 people, but today it was more than double at 68 people. Huge classroom too, but very cold and drafty and as the afternoon wore on, I almost fell asleep. It was good though, and an interesting day in all.

I carved one of my pumpkins! it was the smaller of the two, and is my version of the simple jack-o-lantern. tomorrow I am actually going to attempt to do a martha-stewart type deal though, a larger pumpkin with glowing eyes and a big, chiselled grinning mouth with cavity-filled teeth.

I'm getting that feeling again. I get this feeling a lot during the school year, that i want to give up and stop doing things because I don't want to do all the work. I feel like sleeping all day and do not want to put in any effort.

I hope it passes.

Yesterday we went out for some soupy noodles, malaysian rice, sushi, spring rolls and gyoza at a North Van eaterie on Lonsdale. We watched some movies we picked up from a garage sale earlier, and Mark gave me a long massage complete with back cracking... he complains that i complain too much about his massage style.

He simply does not know his own strength, that's all. I gave him a massage afterwards and pushed his chest together to give him mini cleavage. heehee. "look baby, you have boobies!!! lemme kiss those titties!"

hehe. better get going before i get tired.
