I am SO TIRED.

But I have been having two great days in a row, so I thought I would leave a memory of it here. Yesterday I brunched at Mark and Ewa's, ice cream and warm waffles with drizzled syrup and fruit.... It was heavenly. The people were even pleasant.

Amanda is coming to BCIT next year after she is done with UBC. I am seeing Christina on Monday for a morning jog. heh. Remember in high school? we were training for the Sun Run in January, the four of us...Me, Christina, Sheila, and Sheila's cousin..Amjee? We were supposed to be the "Finish Line"...that was our costume design. But I guess we're starting up again now.

Ewa wanted to run with us in the Sun Run...I politely declined. She'd probably take off on us because she is so athletic...heh. She was saying that she "was out of shape". Hell, "At least you were once IN shape. I have never even been IN shape!!" I exclaimed. Me and Christina both agreed that we would be more valid partners for pace.

Mark and I watched "Two Towers" after brunch at Dolphin theaters. It's a cheapo cinema, with narrow theaters and old-school seats. I was amazed at the story and depth in the movie. It's very different from the first, and the characters were all so 3-D, even with the animation of the facial features of Gullum (sp?) ...I was definitely pleased with that. And of course, the elves were all pretty and sweet looking, and Aeregon was all dark and brooding and handsome, and Frodo was cute and lucid, all at the same time. I loved the heroism and humanism in the movie, especially where Sam is talking about hope, and fighting for the world, for what little hope there is....and where Frodo turns to Sam and says, "Sam the Brave...I could not have made it thus far without you."

I guess that's all I can say without giving the plot away. So I'll leave it there.

Had dinner with my family with Mark intact. I'm surprised they did not rip him to shreds or anything, but they have not been complaining, so like a said, "No complaints means they like him." Don't know if they do, but I sure do. :)

So I am tired. But I still have one day of memories to go.

TODAY. I met Anita, Aaron, and Daryl at Sun Sui Wah in Richmond for dim sum. This was cool. Here we were, table full of people who had only "met" electronically and become friends afterwards. They did not even know what I looked like...so it was hard for us to find each other.

It was a pleasant day. Plus. They are SO WIERD. ;p Not really. Anita and Daryl are both very alike. They have strong personalities, they're pleasant and energetic and cute. As for Aaron, Aaron is a smoozer. ;p All three were very entertaining, funny, and enlightening.

After dim sum where we all fought over the bill, and Daryl snatched it from between my fingertips, we hopped on over to Yaohan for some bubble tea and shopping, then even over to MAL, where I finally found out who Stephen Chow was...he was, of course, none other than "Chow Sing Chee", KING OF CHINESE COMEDY!!!

Also walked around Robson Street, and then back over to Playdium at Metropolis to get my butt kicked twice over in air hockey. We also kicked ass on Combatica, a virtual fighting game where you're actually punching and kicking at air in combat. yaaaaay.

Got home at 9 o'clock. . . can't make a longer entry...tooo tired...must sleeep...and mark is being patient on the phone waiting for me to chat. :) Nite!
