Well here it is New Year's Eve.

Not really being what you might call a party animal anymore I guess you might say I'm pretty boring. Tonight is being spent eating Chinese food and watching 'G' Rated movies with the kids. Its not a terrible thing, don't get me wrong, but I look abck on the parties I lived through when I was young and I chuckle.

I always find myself looking back at the last year and its ups and downs, its events and its triumphs, and its defeats. I'm sitting here right now and remembering sitting here doing this very thing a year ago.

I'm feeling really fortunate to have the opportunity to do this. I can look back at my last year in my (admittedly sporadic) entries and see so many moments that made the last year what it was. Last year was pretty good by all accounts. I hope it was as good for you.

I hope next year is a good one too.
